Rat: Tomorrow morning's weather is iffy. However, I will be commuting if it is wet roads but not if it is raining. (My bike is dirty anyway from the ride home today). If you are not sure, call at 7:00

When I woke up this a.m., it was raining. When Rat called to cancel, it was raining. However, as I had breakfast, it stopped and the commute has a magnetism for me, I cannot explain it. Rat had the luxury of biking later in the morning, I did not. Plus, I knew that it would be nice in the p.m. to ride home and I would kick myself if I was driving the car. So, against my better judgment, I geared up and took off with wet roads but no rain. Well, the roads stayed wet until Maugerville then the rain started. So it wasn't the best weather but it was a really nice ride home! Worth it! No Doubt, I am going to Montreal tomorrow morning for the weekend so there is no "official" commute but go ahead without me, it is really nice along the river in the morning!
well I should be home from running at 7am. I could be changed and ready to hit the road for 7:15 from here. You can meet me at my place then if you want.
I had a great 51 K ride here in Montreal with my friend Tim. Montreal's traffic, stop signs, bumpy road, I can leave it. See you back in NB next week. Congrats to Erin & Adam!!
Great ride today! Firebird, Turbo, Hairpin, Donut, Rat, Herc and Bubbles. Good pace, good route and a treat a Tim's in the middle, all finished by 1130 so we could enjoy the rest of the day.
