I'm still battling a pretty nasty flu, so sadly won't be able to make first ride. We'll see how the rest of the week goes. I'll put all my cards on the Friday rise for sure ;-)

HI all, Checking to see if anyone is interested in running int he Cabot Trail Relay. It's the weekend of May 23. It's a great adventure and a chance to meet other runners from both Canada and the US. Our team, Fredericton Trailmasters, needs some extra runners. We are not very competitive so please do not be concerned if you have not been training. We basically go for a good time and to enjoy the cameraderie. If you think you'd like to give it a try, let me know. You won't regret it!! My email: greg.violette@gmail.com
Ride from the usual spot (Stepping Stones Center is very appropriate for the group)then cruise by later. We aren't group riding yet... Smoothie.. I'll email the address and directions, All else, someone at the ride will know the way. :)
I'm going to try and make the ride tonight, 5:30pm at SS complex? Won't be able to make it to the post ride festivities due to other commitments, but everyone enjoy a beer for me.
Our Social ride is leaving from the usual place (the Y) at 5:30 if you are interested. We are planning to ride the Quac loop at a social place. Planning to visit Sue and Rod (Rocket and Suds) after the ride.

Thank you Turbo for your wordsof support and encouragement. I am doing so well with things that soon I won't have to take the short bus anymore.
