A nice day out on the road despite the wind...lots of other cyclists taking advantage of the nice weather which is good to see. Hope everyone is having a great weekend...
Smokin' weekend! Quac loop on Saturday and out and back on the old highway to Mazz Settlement w/ Queen E. on Sunday. The legs were pretty empty by the end of it though. Saw a few familiar faces out there rockin' the OSB kit as well. Great start to the season.
Do you know no shame!! An oatcake?? What about "the plan" and "the program". I just had a Blizzard from DQ and I am now going to go to bed to let it work its magic.(the blizzard, not Rat). and you thought my morning muffin was a bad choice...
I have family down so my schedule is tight. plan to leave from home 12:30ish do mazz settlement/across Dam and down north side back home. Feel free to join in or meet up.

Last time I checked, your picture was hanging over Turbo's TV at the GOP. He said something about payback's a Bi*&%. Not sure what that's about :P.
Just a further note to a ride for Sunday. I think the Burton bridge loop is an idea leave from the Stepping Stone 12-1230. Those interested blog time prference. it is supposed to get windy later in the afternoon. i plan on having my new ride for its maiden voyage.

Pebbles, I'm eating and not training at all so you keep doing the same! It's best to stay in if it's cold outside. Frostbite is very dangerous. You should also bring your sneakers to NC just in case we need to "settle" anything off the bike.

First ride of the year outside. A good way to find out, how much I got out of shape. Hope the weather remains dry. :o)
Went for a skate ski in the morning and a road ride this afternoon. Yes, life is good. Especially during March break.

I can go anytime in the afternoon - should be 5 degrees or so (probably warmer on Thursday).
Unless work throws me a curve I'm in for thursday Dish. Can leave home @ 1pm. Assuming weather person, is correct.
Friday also looks Great for a spin. Stay tuned.

Hey Guys! I am in for a spin today Thursday 1pm from the stepping stone. I work evenings so can ride in the day.
I'm in.
My days consist of about 14hrs of sleeping, 6 hours of drinking on the porch, and a few hours of exercise.
Any left over I dedicate to working. I'm pretty over committed at the moment.

You guys where way to early for me.I did a 3:30 pm Maq. loop. Not as warm as I expected, enjoyed just the same.
I am finished work Friday at noon and could be ready to ride by 1pm. I'm interested in light spinning and coffee. Maybe even an oatcake?
